


Orin R. Abrams, President, has more than 25 years of Golf Course and Hotel Food & Beverage experience and has specialized exclusively in Leased operations since 1988.
Orin R. Abrams: Beginning in 1982, Mr. Abrams worked his way from busboy to waiter to captain at Harrah's Lake Tahoe's prestigious Summit Restaurant, where he entertained a who's who of stars from entertainment, sports and politics with his tableside cooking flare. He added to his expertise by traveling to France, Germany and Austria's finest establishments and wineries. Mr. Abrams left Harrah's in 1987 to enter Spectrum Foods management training program in San Francisco at McArthur Park Restaurant. In 1988 he joined Capistrano's Restaurant at the Embassy Suites LAX South as Restaurant Manager where he went on to manage banquets and catering, before becoming Director of Food & Beverage in 1990. In 1991, Embassy Suites, Orange County Airport and Mandalay Beach Resort were added, as Mr. Abrams became Corporate Director of Food and Beverage. With Mr. Abrams as Vice President, 1994 saw the addition of yet another property, Embassy Suites Arcadia. In 1997, Mr. Abrams formed AYSH with the Shilo Hilltop Suites in Pomona and the Residence Inn by Marriott in Oxnard, California. 2004, managed the addition of the brand new 30,000 square foot Anaheim Hills Golf Course Clubhouse in Anaheim Hills.
