At-Your-Service Hospitality, Inc. (AYSH) is a California Corporation, established in March of 1997. It functions as a Lease Operator specializing in the complete provision of food, beverage, meeting and room service within Golf Course & Hotel settings. As such, AYSH hires its own staff, carries its own liability and workers compensation insurance, and is named on and holds all relevant licenses and permits including health operating permits and liquor licenses. AYSH answers directly to all governmental agencies having jurisdiction regarding any and all leased premises activities. While we at AYSH do provide a handsome guaranteed revenue to ownership, we also allow Golf Course, and Hotel Sales Management, the confidence in our expert execution of services, to concentrate their efforts and resources on the owner's bread and butter, revenue.
Food, Beverage and Meeting services, require highly intensive labor with a relatively low profit margin as compared to Golf Merchandise, Range & Green Fees, or Hotel Rooms revenue. AYSH currently has operations at the Shilo Hilltop Suites and Convention Center in Pomona, CA, and The Anaheim Hills Golf Course in Anaheim, CA. Both properties have seen their revenues increase dramatically.
